Core Purpose of Christ Church:

To honor God by making disciples who make disciples for Jesus Christ in our heartland, in our country, and to the ends of the earth.

Christ Church exists in order to fulfill the Great Commission of Jesus Christ:
'Go therefore and make disciples of all nations,   baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything that I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.
                                                                                                         Matthew 28:19-20

Core Values
  • Passionately seek unchurched people
We are outwardly focused, reaching out to find and connect pre-Christian and lapsed-Christian people to Jesus Christ and His church. We meet people where they are and shepherd people to be disciples of Jesus Christ, participating in God's transformation of lives.

  • Caring community of small groups
We are a welcoming, open and deeply relational community of mutual care, an extended family of small groups loving one another as Christ loves us.

  • Experiencing God through worship
We seek to glorify the living God in worship through the Word and Sacraments, prayer, exceptional music and the arts.

  • Prayer
We hear and obey God's direction with thanksgiving. We bathe and surround our life together in prayer.

  • Innovation
We seek to share and embody the unchanging Gospel in culturally relevant ways to a changing world.

  • Mobilize people to serve and lead
We are all called by God into service and leadership to grow into Christian maturity and to strengthen this Christian community in order to fulfill the Great Commission.

  • Pass on the blessing
We give away ourselves and our resources to usher people into God's kingdom. We are committed to the biblical tithe.

  • Biblical and classic Anglican Christianity
We are formed and directed by the Word of God and enriched by our Anglican heritage.
